Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipping, 14-21 days for international. The delivery time may be extended for Fine Art Prints as the print is done by a service provider upon order.

Handling

All artworks (unless specified otherwise) are shipped in a cylinder for safety. Prints are unframed and rolled. Paintings will be taken off the frame and rolled in a cylinder to offer cost-effective international shipping fees. For domestic shipping of originals, this may vary depending on the size of the artwork. Contact us for more details on your specific order.

All knives will be shipped in a protective case and the tips will be safe guarded with tip protectors.

South African Shipping

All purchases over R10 000 will receive free shipping to your door. For purchases under R10 000, there will be a flat rate of R120 nationwide to your door.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to the UK, USA, all EU countries & EEC countries, and more. If your country is not available, contact us and we’ll do our best to deliver to your door. Your shipping will be calculated at the checkout. When ordering more than one painting or print, you may contact us directly to see if the artwork can be shipped in the same container/cylinder to avoid the shipping amount increasing with the addition of each artwork.

The shipping cost for knives are excluded and not calculated during checkout. The cost is dependent on numerous factors such as dimensions, weight, packaging and destination. A representative will be in contact to arrange final shipping charges.

International Customs

International orders may incur customs duties which are not included in the shipping costs.

Customs duties and import fees aren’t included at the checkout, as they’re set by the artwork’s destination country and are charged directly by the country’s customs office. In most cases, either the customs office or the courier will be in touch with you if any fees are due. It’s worth noting that in the case of returns, any customs or import charges you’ve paid are non-refundable.

Customs duties and import fees vary from country to country.

Each country has it's own laws on knives and natural materials. It is your responsibility to understand these laws and details of the knife being purchased. Eugene du Toit or any director, employee or courier cannot be held responsible in the event of customs investigation and seizure of goods.
